We are so thankful for your patience while we selected, edited, designed, and produced this anthology. It all began in fall of 2025 with an open call on Substack for authors to share their work. Nearly 100 stories went live in November 2025, leading to an arduous selection process during the first two months of 2026. By March, we began editing and designing the physical book, with review copies arriving in hand by May.
